Our innovative Argon tap systems allow us to serve over a hundred wines by the glass, always in perfect condition. Whether you’re in the mood for a zesty Verdejo, an elegant Burgundy, or a powerful Barolo – you simply pour it yourself using your personal Wine Card.

Dining at Rayleigh & Ramsay

A good glass of wine deserves good food. Our shared dining menu combines French, Italian, and Asian-style influences with a modern twist – from oysters and charcuterie to warm small plates designed to pair beautifully with your wine.

The kitchen is open daily for lunch, drinks, and dinner, serving seasonal dishes in a fresh, contemporary style. And every Saturday, enjoy oysters for just €1 each.
